"I’ve been ordering from this company for about a year. In the past months the site has gotten more and more glitchy and I keep getting asked to checkout despite having done so. Customer service is exclusively overseas and reps can only use a script. Now I’m being asked to review my purchase when I can’t even confirm it’s been shipped, much less received it.
