HPFY may have the worst customer experience I have seen in years!

I have to say that HPFY may have the worst customer experience I have had the misfortune to experience in years. I know what to expect from a medical device distributor, since both I and my spouse work in healthcare and with medical device manufacturers.

I have been trying to figure out why I don’t have the right product. Every time I speak to your staff, I have to reexplain the entire issue. Then they do nothing. Or the reply to me by email with a nonsensical message.

Your staff repeatedly told me they were trying to contact the manufacturer…. by email. In all of 5 minutes, I reached the manufacturer on the telephone.

I have explained to a manager there by phone that this is a critical healthcare issue. Although he assured me he would resolve the issue, he did not.

Two weeks ago I was promised a return label to get a full refund. Now I am being told that was incorrect.

In the meantime, we STILL DO not have the medical device we need.

I am now in the process of (among other actions):
* Reaching out to senior leaders at HPFY
* Contacting the Attorney General’s office for the State of Connecticut
* Leaving 1 star reviews (with details) about your company on YELP, Google and any other site I can find
* Talking with the manufacturer of the device to let them know what your company is doing to their patients, products and reputation.
* Contacting my credit card company

I suggest you look at the full email history for my orders, as well as listen to each and every phone call I have made to “customer service”.

DO NOT tell me to call your customer service or email you because I have tried those things repeatedly for weeks and they only waste my time, get me bad information or connect me to someone who has no idea what is going on or will never call back.

Also, DO NOT tell me about your great online ratings. Your online ratings are terrible. Your Facebook rating is 2.8 with 149 reviews. Your Yelp rating is 1.5 with 75 reviews.

Took a long time to ship

"My order was placed on Thurs. 3/21. I received an email asking how well you did that same day.. How can I answer this if I had just placed my order, all I could honestly say is that you were happy to accept my order.
On the 25th I received an email again asking how you did. I still hadn’t even received an updated email stating the status of my order.
This morning I received an email stating my order was shipped. When I tracked my order through this email I noted that the status was that the label was made and waiting for the post office to receive the order.
At this point, all I can comment is that I’m not favorably impressed with your shipping efficiency .
