Email scam?

"I placed my order and got the confirmation email, then the next day I got another email saying my order wasn't completed. The second one asked me if I wanted to refill my cart and then didn't so when I clicked "yes", thinking that something was wrong with my order. I checked and still had the confirmation Email, so I don't think there really was a problem. It seems like it may just be a way to show me more products you think I may be interested in for me to consider. Other than this issue the experience was fine and would have rated a higher star count."
