"I'm a little tired of constantly being asked to rate a company's performance. It's not my job ! That's your business, right? It's your job to rate your company's performance. Make improvements where you will. If I like the changes, I'll continue to make purchases. If you screw up, I'll let you know and/or stop making purchases. Making the customer "work" for free has really gotten old.
You go to the supermarket and are encouraged to use a self checkout lane. Sure, it's faster; but, I'm doing the job of a cashier. Am I getting paid? NO. I'm subsidizing the supermarket's payroll / overhead. Clever, but WTF? When did all of this happen?
As for HPFY...OK, I'm mostly content with my experience. You send WAY TOO MANY emails . Do me a favor and go hire a marketing company to help you with your business."
