"I ordered a breast prosthesis as my old ones are old. This is a different company but I ordered the same size as from the previous company. This new one was Way too large and heavy so I asked for an exchange. I had thrown the package away as I had no idea there would be such a difference. I was told to use the same package. I got a sturdy box of the same size, wrapped it in several pieces of soft tissue paper with more in the box so the product would not move. They say it was damaged ( no possible way. These things are tuff) and it wasn’t in the original package. No exchange, No refund. AWFUL "

"I purchased 5 vMedifill 2 Particles 1 g vials, along with 1 pk dermacea abdominal Guaze Pads the pads but the Medfill vials never arrived. The fact that the packaging slip was placed with the abdominal gauze pads and never included the Medfield vials into the box was obvious you guys know what you were doing. I am in hospice I have a pressure wound. The fact that I paid for these vials that cost $124.95 $6.99 for abdominal gauze and paid extra $40 for 2 day shipping this sort of treatment is unnecessary for senior hospice patients. "
