"I like the prices for the medical equipment I need… but sometimes I have a hard time differentiating the difference between similar items (in my case nebulizer kits/disposable nebs) It would be helpful if you had a ‘similar items’ with a side-by-side feature comparison. "

Worst Retail Web Site

"I have used your website for my medical supplies a number of times before, so I did it again. This experience was the worst I have ever had. The cart would not update, then it updated, incorrectly. And on and on from difficulty finding a product to BUY AGAIN to signing in to effecting the purchase. I really need the supplies or I would not have persisted.

Not sure what to do now as you have the p;products that I want. As the order was being processed you send me an email saying that I got a discount! I can not imagine that that has happened! Also, I doubt I can find the will to see if it did...

"I have used HPFY before and was sent an email allowing me to use some discount codes on purchases. I was never given an area that I could enter the code so I emptied my cartand after signing in I went into HPFY's discount review site. I saw another discount that said I could save $50.00 on a purchase of over $500.00. I again was not given a place to enter a code and a discount was not applied to my order of over $500.00. Why would I trust a site that uses promises of discounts and does not deliver. Why would I want to set up an auto purchase with a company I cannot say I trust. I like the products and was already going to buy them so I kept my purchase, but I cannot say I was happy about it."

UPDATE: I just got an email indicating that the item will be delayed by 5 days. The title of the email was "A Slight Delay." For medical care items, there is no "slight" delay!

"I understand the rising cost of everything. I can't afford insurance and the cost of these things are killing my budget every month. I don't have $13,000 to have the ostomy reversed, I can't afford insurance, so the specialists who had me in an indigent program due to I have Crohn's, didn't mind performing this surgery but won't repair it.... and the cost of these supplies makes it that much harder to swallow every month... sorry just truly exasperated "
