"Upon needing a urinary collection system for my bedbound, Hospice spouse, came upon another brand name system that hooks to suction bottle. However, their system not available for home use. Found similar system on Amazon. Ordered them, they worked perfectly. However, further orders were unavailable on Amazon. Finally found the company who recommended HPFY. I wrote a desperate email, then contacted by phone and ordered the systems. Company answered my plea with a promise to send me an order free of charge! Unfortunately, I had already placed and paid for an order. But at this time - cost was not a factor for us. The reason for my mixed satisfaction is that the order has been delayed twice now and we are disappointed as well as in serious need of the devices. So, bless HPFY for offering the items, I just wish they would arrive."

"I have ordered my G-tube supplies through this company for a couple years now. Never had a bad experience or concern. So I decided to just switch to reoccurring orders as I’ve been using this company often and I would forget to order repeatedly and would be on my last extension before I actually remembered at a time I was able to order. So I like the repeat delivery automatically and not having to worry. The only downside is I wish there was additional option farther out than 120 days. Not a big deal though. Always delivered on or before the arrival date provided. I could keep going about the positive encounters I’ve had since using the site. All around a great experience for me and so much less of a worry about arriving in a timely manner. "
