"I was supposed to receive my order #2119466 on 6/15/2024 and never have received it. I have called customer service and got basically the runaround. They would have to check with a manufacturer. The reason why I went with this company because they guaranteed that this part was going to be here on this date. I am assisting a disabled gentleman and cannot get him out of the bed or into the shower or get him on the toilet this part. I was told that they have to reach out to the manufacturer and see when this part will be shipped. This should’ve been already taken care of. Several days ago. "
