"I paid an extra $100 for faster shipping. Even after three business days, the product hasn't arrived, nor have I received a confirmation email that it has been shipped. I typed the order number into the online tracking system, which failed to provide any information at all. I even called the number on the website for assistance. When I called, I was randomly selected for a $100 discount, which I never wanted in the first place. The man who answered was very unprofessional; he provided false information as a joke to be funny and wasn't at all helpful with my shipping issue."
