I believe the company is on the verge of going out of business now as all E-mail is being returned, and phone number does not work. "My ATX computer case arrived in a timely fashion, and overall, the case is good, but unfortunately it came slightly damaged. The corner of the case was dinged a bit and some of the metal was bent. Not damaged enough to warrant a return, and besides, that's always a hassle to go through anyway, and time was of the utmost importance as I was using this case to build a computer for a client of mine. Everything else about the case is A-OK, except for that ding. Of course, one might say the courier (in this case, UPS) damaged the case in transit, but the cardboard box showed no imperfections where the case was dinged, which leads me to believe the case was damaged before shipment. Overall, I may purchase from HTC Component again, but as of right now, my mood is mediocre toward the firm."
"I have mixed views about HTC netstore. I recieved the product promptly but I asked for Federal Express shipping. It says on every invoice that the product was to use FEderal Express. It did not, it came ups. They sent me a tracking number which did not work on Fedex's website, so I emailed them asking about it. I recieved a sarcastic response stating that they had tried the tracking number on UPS.com and it worked fine which completely disregarded my question. This also means that they disregarded what the customer wants. Even the invoice that came in the box with the product said it was to be shipped FedEx. Because of this I am not as likely to order from HTC netstore again."

"I tried to purchase something from them, but a week went by and hadn't heard anything from them about my order. I emailed them, asking why, and they told me the item i ordered was out of stock and would take a week to get in. They asked if i still wanted it, but since I had already waited a week for it, I didn't have time to wait another week. The person who emailed me back wasn't terrible, but was somewhat terse. Not a terrible experience, but I didn't really get anything out of it. I'm still waiting to see if my credit card gets charged (and if they send me that item anyway).

They might have suffered a computer problem because I did not receive an email that the order was shipped. After some days of waiting I emailed and then waited a little longer. They send an email saying it was shipped days ago and then that afternoon there it was on my porch. Later that same day I received via email that my order was shipped. Overall good experience and hopefully they will remedy the notification system. Would do business with them again."

I ordered a MS Natural Multimedia Keyboard with 7-day ground shipping. It arrived on the 3rd day, undamaged, and with no other problems at all. Their price was the cheapest on Pricewatch. Everything went smoothly, but I was even more surprised when I got the package so soon. I will definately buy from them again."
