The contacts work as expected. Occasionally, a couple of contacts have been torn (or tore on first use), but the others wear well.
I have ordered from Opt contacts multiple times and will (probably) continue to do so in the future."

9/15 Received an email stating that the stylus was backordered (ETA 9/22), asked if I am willing to wait. I emailed back and said I'll wait for the stylus.
9/18 Received email that the order is backordered for the stylus.
9/22 Received email that the order was shipped (postal mail).
9/29 Received order. Packaged well.
I was disappointed that the entire order was backordered, when the rest of the order (except the stylus) could have been shipped.
The battery that I ordered does not fit into the PDA when in the new case (same order). The battery is larger than the OEM battery, so it is understandable that the PDA would not fit into the case with the oversized battery. However, it would have been nice if they would have taken the time to identify the situation - especially since they put the entire order on hold for the backordered stylus.
Overall, I'd probably buy from them again, but I'd have to do more research before ordering.
11/3 update:
I emailed the vender to let them know that the PDA will not power on without the battery cover, which will not fit with the larger, oversized battery. They replied back that they don't sell the battery cover, but that I could return the battery for a store credit. However, the address is in China, and I am responsible for the shipping."

5/24/2006 Wednesday received part in retail packaging. Contained driver CD. PC can recognize the phone as an external modem.
Good price, though as noted, the shipping costs are somewhat high - especially considering that they use USPS priority mail. UPS or FedEx would be much better (their tracking system actually tracks packages). Curiously, the vender website listed "Shipping Method: FEDEX - Ground Service" and the tracking link to FedEx didn't work. However, in the Special Instructions section was listed, "SHIPPED OUT VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL-05/22/06". Noted: the tracking problems (or lack thereof) is more of an issue with the shipping vender."

"Placed online order 5/31/2005, received email confirmation. However, after a week of not getting any update, I discovered that the order was voided, without any explanation. When I got through, I was informed that all the online orders were cancelled since they had to move their warehouse (sounded like an emergency). He assured me that they will be accepting online orders soon.
Not wanting to wait, I placed the order with another vender (comparable cost via pricewatch.com).
Once trust has been broken, I'm not willing to take another chance with them.
From the other reviews, it appears that I am not the only customer whose order was voided. I'm not sure that a company can stay in business long with such lapses."

Item was well packaged, lots of packing peanuts, foam.
When they sell used products, they should identify why it was returned/repackaged. That would make it easier to make an informed purchase decision."
