It is scary in another country if you have an emergency, travel insurance is a must.in icu and hospital for two days in Dominican and insurance paid all costs."

"I have tried filing a claim with HTH, only to find that they don't even deal with it, that I had to file it with an entirely different company. I filed the claim a week ago, and they still haven't even looked at it. When I called HTH, they gave me the run around about having to deal with CBC Connect instead and that they were backed up due to COVID?!? That isn't the service one would expect for the price paid. "
