"Have you considered having a separate (online pickup) line? I waited close to half a hour to pick my order. Once I finally reached the sales associate it took no more than 20 seconds to get my order and be on my way. Why do we have to wait behind people that don’t know what they want or need? Bargaining with the salesman not knowing what they need. Management needs to step up please! In fact I saw the manager in the back when the door opened not doing anything. Would it be that hard to go up to each person in line and ask if you have an online order and bring it out for then?"
"Bought a 2022 Corolla, It was gold certified and all. Day after I got it it started to rough idle so bad I ended up taking it in and they said it was good. Then few days later radiator blew and paid to get it fixed because warranty didn’t cover it. When I got the car back I thought it was all good but ended up ideling rougher. Took it to another shop to get a diagnosis turns out a air hose was lose and my throttle body had a air leak. Took all this information back and they said the car was still sound.
In a matter of a few weeks of getting the vehicle I was in service like 3-4 times. Decided to go to another dealer and trade the car in for something else. Very unhappy. "
"Bought a part, it was defective. I returned it the same day and was told that I would receive a refund. I waited one week and no refund. I contacted my credit card. They told me to contact Frontier. I called yesterday and your representative stated the parts salesperson forgot to enter a refund code. He stayed in would receive my refund in a day. As of yet, today, I have not received a refund. I ended up buying the part from Hamer Toyota and no issues as this was a seamless transition. Not the case with Frontier. Your parts sales person should be taught how to do a proper refund! "

"The car buying process wears me out. I knew what the new car should sell for and what my trade in was worth before I ever entered the dealership ( I do my research and was in the business years ago) and was still required to spend three days of back and forth with the low ball trade in offer and the "we aren't making any money" stuff before actually buying the new car and driving home.
The new car came with the tires over inflated by about 20 pounds per the door tag and had to be lowered and then the TPMS system had to be reset so as not to show low tires with the proper setting. This should have been caught and rectified during "dealer prep". I will continue to use Hamer Toyota for all vehicle maintenance."
