Hammacher took over a month to process the return and then did not send all the items we had requested in the exchange, rather sending us a gift certificate for part of the return. I just went to their website, found the article I wanted still on the site, and ordered it, using the gift certificate to purchase. Terrible customer service, terrible return/exchange. I will NEVER shop here again."
