"the shipping box was too small for the product and was wedged in sideways and there was no cushioning material. Very haphazard packing job. Additionally, the fancy Hammitt box the product came in was too small for the VIP Mobile so the lid of the box would spring open making the presentation to my wife a little less than perfect. It needs to be in a bigger box or the box needs to have a latch/closure of some sort. Otherwise, I’m very happy with the VIP Mobile in Calla Lily White Raffia/Brushed Gold and so is my wife."
