"I honestly did not expect that Hammitt would really fix my purse let alone the above and beyond customer service that same along with it! Shipping costs to Hammitt and returned, FREE. Repairing the pull on the zipper, FREE. Constant communication with where my purse was and what step would be taken next, without having to ask! Then on top of it I had a little angel pin in the purse that I completely forgot about and thought I had lost. I received my purse and guess what was in the little zippered pocket inside my purse, yep my angle pin. So, thank you from the bottom of my heart. "Customer service was great with a repair request that turned to a new offer. Received my new bag and it’s beautiful except I’m bummed the quality of the interior from my old to this new has decreased dramatically. My old had a true embossed red supple suede, and this new is a cheaper thinner brushed suede that is less detailed than before, cheap stitching. Decreases the overall quality of the bag in my opinion. Knowing Hammitt’s commitment to lifetime warranty, should there be any future issue with my new bag, I know they will take care. "

"I really like the Med Daniel Bag except for the huge shoulder strap. It is just too big and makes the bag look cheap and not elegant. I know I can purchase another one, but the price of the bag is sooo expensive and then the price of a smaller strap is expensive too. Customers should have a choice. I asked if I could exchange the big one for a smaller one and was told I'd have to purchase the smaller one. Needless to say, I have spent a fortune on the bag so I'm not sure I will ever purchase another Hammitt."
