"The products are great, and arrived quickly. However the tracking number they provided was incorrect. When I called to correct this, I failed to connect with either a VRU or an actual agent. There wasn't even a voice mail. The email I wrote them was never replied to, nor was the online customer service chat ever staffed. This company has terrible business skills. I tried for days to connect with anyone within the company, even choosing options for other departments. Yet I never got to speak with anyone.
If my product hadn't come, I feel I would have been out of luck, since there was no way to get in touch with this store."

"The prices were good and shipping time wasn't too bad, but I found I ordered the wrong size upon receipt. I tried calling customer service to talk about how to go about exchanging for the right size and never reached anyone. I called 5 times in one day. No one answered in customer service, the phone would ring and ring then disconnect. I tried the purchasing dept to try to get ahold of SOMEONE and got voice mail...left my message and number, left a message and number with their accounting dept too...never eceived a call back from anyone....guess I am stuck with the wrong size item. Since they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, I will NOT be ordering them again. I know I ordered the wrong item..that was not their problem, but talking to someone about how to do an axchange would have been nice. I haven't used to other product yet to tell if that was ok or not."
"i purchased an item from this seller and is the worse experience I ever had with an online store. First it took than very long to sent my products than they lost my shipping label. In top of that I received somebody else's items. Customer service is absolutely horrible because they never pick up. I wanted to purchased more products for my new iPad but I ended up getting them from the apple store and amazon.com instead after that terrible experience.. Guest what I still have the item that they wrongly sent me because they still have not pick up the phone. Plus the screen protector I bough from them is in the garbage because is equally useless and bad quality. I do have to say that I am happy with the iPad flip cover that I was finally shipped. "

But, their customer service is awful and they did not ship my order out on a timely manner, if at all. It has been 10 days and still nothing. I have received packages form China faster! "extremely large selection, great prices, this is my second order , not sure if i will order again as shipping is just far too long, approximately 2 weeks average. not too good. i ordered mandriva on the same day and it was here in 4 days, from overseas!!!! newegg gets things here in 3 days, tiger in 5, so no reason whatsoever shipping should take more than 2 weeks. ordered on 12-26, still have not gotten items ordered."
