"I ordered an item and paid for it Feb 5th ($239)I did not receive any tracking information so I emailed them Feb 12th I did not get a response to my emails so I called them Feb 14th and I was told it was coming from the other warehouse and they would email me the tracking number. I never got the email so I called back Feb 15th and they said they would call the warehouse. They called me back and said if had not even shipped yet so I canceled. Note what would have happened if I did not keep contacting them it says ships in 1-2 days now they have had my money all this time and now I get to wait for a refund on top of that which is 7-10 days. Very disappointed and I think it is rude and unprofessional don't spend your money here it is like loaning them money and waiting to get it back interest free for them. I feel like I have been ripped off I could have used the money elsewhere I am not even getting anything if I am lucky enough to get it back which I BETTER."

They finaly accepted their return, but "AFTER" the full refund date. Recieved only a 80% refund."
