"I made a purchase with Handheld items. I ordered 3 car chargers and a case for my G2 phone. I originally received the incorrect case. One of their representatives named Ted H. was kind enough to assist me in getting the correct one. He personally mailed out the correct one and it fits perfectly. He was very quick to answer my email and even though the case I ordered was not an expensive item he still made sure I was happy with it. Because of him I would highly recommend this company. They made sure I got what I wanted and at a very reasonable price."

I received a tracking number for the "shipped" item within 4 hours of order placement. 6 days after receiving the tracking number of the "shipment" I was advised by email that my item was back-ordered.
That is perhaps the most deceitful and dishonest behavior of any vendor I have had the displeasure of doing business with on the net.
I cannot stress how dishonest this company is with enough vehemence. I would never do business with these liars again, and recommend that you do not either."

Then I get an email saying the items are backordered. I called amd some witch refuses to refund me. Then she gets catty and tells me to dispute the charge on my card and hangs up. WHAT THE HELL!!>>!"

I placed my order 3 days before my daughter and received my products 3 day after she got hers.I would also suggest that handheld items not send a tracking number until you can actually track the package.I think it was like 3 days before I could even track my shipment so I sent an e-mail to them and never did get a response.Overall I would still buy from handheld items. "I purchased 3 cases from HandHeld for my new phone. Shopping on the website was easy and they had a nice variety! I appreciated the value as well. Another plus was that many of the cases came with free shipping. However, the shipping stated 4-9days. My order still is not here. However, I contacted their customer service (and even though I've talked to multiple people) they are working to get my order reshipped to another location and turning me into a happy customer. If everything goes well, I'll shop with them again. It's all about quality and service for me. "

"This company doesn't understand the basics of customer service. I've been ordering items online for years and never had a problem with things getting to me, but the ipod case I ordered from HandHelditems never got to me. Things happen, mail can get lost on occasion, no huge deal. I contacted them, and was told "we'll look into it and contact the postage carrier." Two weeks later, I hadn't heard anything, so I contacted them again and got the same response "We're sorry, we'll look into it immediately." Three weeks later, still no response, so once again, I contact them, and get a variation of the same response (after going through a new rep who tried to tell me that I'd received my item a month ago). When I asked for them to please look into it immediately and get back to me as soon as they knew something, I was told to take it up with my credit card company, and that essentially, HHI wouldn't bother doing anything at all."
