"ordered and received airsoft rifle in a timely manner, however the gun was a slightly different model then what I ordered. Handheld rep admitted that the item pics needed to be updated. "I ordered a Universal Charger that was on sale. When it arrived it was not the charger pictured on the site - it was not even the charger shown on the box! It did not come with instructions; the only instructions are on the site and they do not match this charger because it does not have the buttons mentioned. The input and output specs listed on the box also do not match the input and output specs on the charger itself. It appears to be a cheaper charger substitute just placed in the better charger's box. It is not worth the time and money to return it. I sent an email but have not received a reply. I do not trust them and will not deal with them again."
