"HORRIBLE!!! I purchased an item that does not work and thats just the beginning. It took 9 days to receive some RMA Number just to allow me to return the defective item. I had to finally call the company to receive this number which took over 15 minutes on the phone. Now, I am told I have to mail the package back to California where they will test the product for up to two weeks before a replacement will be provided. This is HORRIBLE customer service and an insult to test this item which did not work directly out of the box. I notified them that the item did not work the day it arrived in the mail and now I have to wait months to receive a replacement?????
UPDATE 12/19/2009: STILL WAITING FOR A WORKING REPLACEMENT AND NO ONE RETURNS MY CALLS FOR WEEKS NOW. NO RETURN E-MAILS, NOTHING..LOOKS LIKE I GOT SCAMMED!"
"Received order in a timely manner. So far under moderate use the unit powers my phone for about nine hours. The unit DOES NOT work while connected to a charger, the phone will give an error message each time. I called customer service to talk about this but got no one and got no return call. For $25 it's not a bad deal. I have yet to use it for its main purpose which was to extend the life of my phone during a round of golf while using the Golf Shot application. Time will tell on that. Overall, its not bad for $25."
"Decent deal on my Samsung Eterinty data cable . Shipping was faily good (4-5 days) , even though my ordered still showed "pending" .
If HandHeldItems can fix thier order-updating system abit , Iam sure this would help out on thier site/customer reviews ; and make everone that much happier .

This was my first time ordering from Handhelditems, and will most likely be my last. After placing my order, a package was delivered according to the estimated timeframe. However, inside that package was the wrong item, it was NOT what I had ordered.
I quickly sent off an email, hoping to just have everything cleared up and the correct item shipped immediately. After waiting another 3 days without a response, I tried to call them up. I finally got on to customer service, and the trainee (with the manager listening in) promised that the correct item would be shipped out in the next couple of days, when the item is in stock. I said fine, I could've used it on my flight, but it wasn't absolutely necessary, so I gave them a break.
2 weeks later, and I've still not received the item!!!!
I called customer service, and guess what? The mailbox is full, and they're not taking calls!!!!! I checked on my order, and nothing new has been updated on it, and no new tracking number.
I'm about to just cancel the whole thing, and be done with this company. Thanks for nothing!

On my order before last, I never received one small item ($4.95) No big deal I thought, so I'll just order another one while they sorted it out as I could use two of the items. Anyway, Customer service was very short and uninformative. It took multiple emails just to understand what they were doing to resolve the issue. It has been more than a month now and I have had the second of the two items for over two weeks and no sign of the first ordered item. I'm not following what it is you are doing. The order I placed on 10/14 was incomplete. I did not receive the item listed below. It was not in either of the packages that were shipped.
