"I ordered, 1 x Nokia 7205 Retractable Car Charger; 1 x Nokia 7205 Intrigue Rubberized Shield Hard Case Black; 1 x Nokia 7205 Intrigue Snap-On Solid Protector Case Black. I was NOT pleased with my order! I could have gone to the local Flea Market or a dollor buys store and purchased these prodcuts! The car charger does not work and was really cheap! Now I will say, what I thought was just backs to my cell phone are cases that I do like and I am useing but I was still thinking I was getting a Case Back not a full case for my phone. HAND HELD IS NOT A COMPANY I WOULD EVER PURCHASE FROM AGAIN. Not please at all!

"Order received in two different shipments.
I ordered 3 items; two of the same item (screen protectors) and another (usb/unit connecting cord).
The 1st shipment came with only one screen protector. I sent an email to customer service.
The second package came with the cord and no 2nd screen protector. I sent and email to customer service. Again no response"within the 24 hrs" as stated in plain English on their site.
UPDATE...customer service finally responded after several inquiries. We finally receive the missing item.
Please that we received all items that were ordered and paid in full. Pleased with the products."

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Ordered a toy on 11/9, and paid $18.95 for Priority Express shipping. Got it on 11/16, which was too late. They claim it was a holiday and it was delayed. Bull...I received a Fed Ex and a UPS on that day. Hmmm...They only responded saying they don't know what the problem is and they did deliver within the time frame. I filled out a return refund request, and no response. I did it within the 30 days, so there should be no problem. Box never opened. In the process of denying charges and filing complaint with BBB! horrible company, think TWICE before ordering from them!!! Any compnay not willing to refund your money, due to unsatisfaction, is NOT worth dealing with - period! Customer satisfaction should be number one! I always shop online (daily/weekly), and rarely shop in stores anymore, and I have yet to receive this horrible of customer service! "
