I ordered three Music Angels. These were gifts for Christmas. When I got it the Black & Pink units were what I ordered (JH-MAUK2). The Blue unit was a subsituted with (JH-MAUK3). I would have sent it back the Blue unit (JH-MAUK3) but I didn't have the time to return it so I'll keep it.

"Horrible company and horrible service. They claim they shipped my package but I never received it, and they refuse to refund me telling me I have to call the post office. I cannot get any info from the post office, because HandHeld items uses UPSMailInnovations(very different from UPS)for shipping. USPMailInnovations works though USPS to deliver packages, and that explains the lousy service. Either way when the package is in the office for more than 3 weeks it gets mailed back so HandHeld should give me my money back and they refuse to do so. Rude customer support, bad service. STAY AWAY from these people, dont order from their website!"

Handhelduselessitems is a con artist based junk dealer. I ordered and paid for 3 iphone cases. Product arrived in 1 week, with only one case inside. Sent and email to their "contact me" page. I did receive a very timely email in return, stating the EXACT WEIGHT of the package of 0.5854 lbs, and that that EXACT weight should correspond to 3 cases.
The email went on to ask if the package was damaged, because then I have to go after to post office! These lousy "people" are fighting me on 2 el-cheapo $8 iphone cases!?!
If they would like, I will burn $16 in my firepit...its not the money, I want the quantity that ordered and paid for, and they are basically hinting around that I am trying to rip them off!
