"I was intially very pleased with the Asus Tablet cover we order until the snap broke when removing the key pad cover from the tablet cover. When I contacted them initially by phone I spoke with someone who had broken English and could not understand. Then I tried the computer with their service department. By then they refused to replace the item stating it had been past the return waranty time when it clearly had not past the 45 days. Their customer service department still has not resolved this issue and today told them that if they couldn't just replace it for me then I was not going to waste any more emails. Since I have conversed with them on more than one occassion. I thought the problem had been taken care of on 9/19 but hadn't received anything from them to return item for the replacement so I contacted them today and they didn't know anything about my conversations on 9/19 with their customer service. this has been very frustrating and disappointing. It is very difficult to find a company who sells this type of product for the ASUS Tablet."

"I bought a Rubberized Shield Hard Case for Kyocera C5155 Rise - Neon Green.

I received my case four days ago and had no trouble to install it in my cell phone. It fitted perfectly.

Regarding the color, it is exactly what I expected it to be.

It doesn't seem a cheap case but I'm not sure if it is a rubberized case. The case looks like rubberized but doesn't feel like. I think the effect is because the paint is opaque and not because there is a rubber somewhere on it.

I contacted costumer service and they answered all the questions I had, but I wouldn't say that they are friendly or nice.

The shippment was fast but the delivery took forever, but I guess this is not HandHelditems fault.
