"Ordered a skin for my LG phone, only to find they had shipped the wrong one.Contacted CS and spoke to Wendy, who asked me to scan the back of the skin. She then emailed me to tell me the correct one was on it's way and also provided a prepaid envelope to return the wrong one.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy 7.0 Tablet Case, and its a nice case and all but the tablet doesn't fit in it. The holes aren't in the correct spots to match up and its about an 1/8inch to small. Its really weird. So I was upset I paid for shipping and I wanted them to return my shipping price but the customer service guy (Kevin) was a joke. He told me I need to email him photos that it doesn't fit. Well I did email clear photos that the holes don't match up (pointless to use your tablet when you can't plug anything into it) and the case doesn't actually fit around the tablet. He emailed me back in short time saying your outta luck.


ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! What a waste of time and money! This is an awful company and its not my fault they sent me a shoddy tablet case. But I have to pay for their crap service and crap product...."

Having used Otterbox, and ballistic which are considered the best; I found this to be actually better in fit and function.
Pro: not as bulky as those stated. / White[less hot in sun]not even available in above brands.
Price way better with better quality.
The bad: headphone outlet of the plastic case to small due to sides protruding to latch silicone flap - solution was simply cut away with wire clippers. It was then able to still act to allow flap to keep debris out of the phone jack. This was due to using hi end phones Sennheiser IE 80 which had a flair to the jack so it wouldn’t fully seat in the socket.
Delivery time reasonable for USPS across country.

"This review is for a 'carbon fiber' case for an Asus pad. The case fits perfectly with spaces for the button and charger. I like the adjustability of this - which offers 5 positions unlike the ordinary 3. The case is made of some sort of plastic but has a carbon fiber look. (CF would not be good for a case as it is hard - the case is cushioned). So it looks good, functions well, and I had fast shipping. I believe I had it in 5 days of ordering (Which was done on a weekend). I am well pleased."

"It took them 2 weeks to send the item to me. Finally when I got the item it wasn't working. The Item was misrepresented in the description and wasn't compatible with my phone. After contacting them I realized that I have to pay return shipping. It means they were asking me to pay for their mistake (Lie on the description). I contacted them again and their respond was "The only other thing to do is refuse the package that it came in. that is the only way not to get a restocking fee or a reship fee. sorry" I don't know how Could I know That the device was misrepresented in the description before accepting and using it. "Although the reviews are pretty mixed for this company, we had a good experience. The item we originally ordered was out of stock. They contacted us with suggested replacements. We selected one and they said they would ship it out that day. After a week we still had not received the item. SInce the tracking number was showing no progress, they reshipped the item. We finally received it in a couple days. Personally, the customer service was very responsive and fixed the problem quickly."

The cover is the best one I have seen in a plethora of covers in the market. The product is professional in appearance, adjusts at many levels without slippage (uses velcro), can take the inner cover out of the folding cover (for reading or some games), reasonably priced.
