"I spent 2 hours on the phone waiting for someone to pick up, called for days. Emailed for days. No one ever picks up or gets back to your emails. I'm trying to return a rug. Their return policy is Free returns No questions asked - yeah, no questions asked because no one is there to ask anything. I'm going to have to open a dispute with my credit card. Be careful ordering from them.

Just received an email from customer service offering an apology for their slow customer service and a return shipping label. Reaching someone on the phone was unsuccessful. "
