"The ordering experience was Top Notch. The part I needed was not in stock, perhaps because the Washington area driving experience doesn't require a lot of vehicle A/C use. I happen to live in a low desert in the corner of California, so this part was critical. For the record, the local Kia Dealership didn't have the part in stock, either, and the price was still higher than the Hanson offer, even including the Shipping cost from Olympia, Washington to El Centro, California. Overall, if it had not taken two weeks to finally get my dirty hands on the part, I would have given Hanson Kia Parts a Five-Star rating. I have found the part even cheaper during the two-week waiting period, but have no bones with Hanson."
