"I ordered a $3 part that weighed a couple ounces and were charged over $10 in shipping. Still being about the same net price as everyone else selling the part i just decided to go with them. Originally it said it would be here in a few days after I placed the ordered. It sat processing a whole day then said there would be a delay because it was not in stock and would need to come from the warehouse. So that took another 5 days or so. Eventually after 5 days I called them to see if there was any issues. They informed me that they were down a driver and were just running a little bit behind but were going to ship out my item that day to me and that it would arrive in a few days. That day i did get a tracking number, but it only showed the label was created and that usps was waiting for the item to arrive. Finally 2 days later, it said the usps got the package and began shipping, so it should arrive here soon. If it has any more delays or is defective I will update this review. For $10 in shipping i really expected a better experience. I have not complained about this directly to them, but i really feel this belated shipping experience should really be credited back on them, i mean its so small itd probably fit in a letter envelope. I didn't feel like a priority at all."
