They told me that they did and it would be sent out that day. Within about 2 hours I received the confirmation E-mail and tracking number. I received my board today and am very happy with it. "I made a order for a item on a Sunday night so it would ship on Monday. Waited till Wednesday to see if it shipped and order status was still at "In the warehouse". Called customer service for order status and they said they'd check on it and call me back. They didn't call back so I made another call on thursday, this time they returned the call and said I would recieve it Friday. Got it in Friday and they used a faster shipping method to get it to me than I selected so I would have it by the weekend. Satisfied with the order and service although their order status on the website was not correct for my item and days after recieving the item it still reads "In warehouse"."

" I Purchased a NEC 19" monitor and Logitech MX duo from them. Prices are a little high but I am willing to pay extra to have a local seller (for monitors).
1st viewsonic monitor I bought from them was defective, so I recieved a credit (without any hassle) and upgraded to the NEC.

"This company is a joke! I will NEVER do business (if that's what you call it) with them again. I ordered a black bezel for my plextor CDRW drive. Due to problems with my credit card (I set my credit card up on auto-pay and my payment didn't draft because apparantly whoever told me it was set up, didn't set it up correctly and my payment was considered late untill I called them and cleared everything up) the order didn't go through. Harddrive.com tried a second time and again it didn't go through. I got two emails saying it didn't go through. The second email stated that I needed to CONTACT THEM to confirm I still wanted the item and to clarify anything. I realized that the bezel (with shipping) was a complete waste of money and decided to let the order die. I contacted Plextor and, bless their hearts, they're sending me a black bezel FOR FREE! Today (TWO WEEKS from when I placed my original order with Harddrive.com) a bezel shows up from them via UPS. I NEVER recieved an email stating the order went through, NOR was I sent an email stating it was shipped out so I was NEVER AWARE that anything happened with the order. Irked that events turned out this way, I contacted their customer service/RMA people and was told I could return the item, but would have to pay for shipping to send it back and would only be refunded for the amount of the bezel ($10). Let's see, the bezel's $10, the shipping was $8, and to return it would cost me about another $4. The shipping alone is more than the bezel! These guys are a f-ing joke and to reiterate what I said before: IF YOU NEED A REPLACEMENT BLACK BEZEL FOR A PLEXTOR DRIVE, PLEXTOR WILL SEND YOU ONE FOR FREE! Harddrive.com could learn a few things from Plextor when it comes to customer service. Save yourself some money and aggravation and buy your computer components from ZipZoomFly or NewEgg! I had the same problem with my credit card (on the same day) on an order from ZipZoomFly and they at least called me!
UPDATE:
The bezel that Harddrive.com sent me is the wrong one! So even if I keep it, it wouldn't do me any good. The bezel Plextor sent me fits perfectly and it was free to boot. I've been arguing with them about returning the item. Not only did they put the order through without telling me, but what they sent me doesn't work! I said I'd pay to ship it back, but I wanted my original shipping refunded along with the amount for the bezel with no 10% restocking fee. I was amazed that they agreed to the no restocking fee, but whoopdee doo - it's a buck. And if anyone doesn't know, these guys are actually THORTEK. Yeah, check out Thortek's rating and read some reviews about them. Real class act. "

"At time of order, their "Live Help" stated item was in stock. After two days, the order still had not gone out. Called customer service, was told the order was forwarded to a drop shipper and was placed on hold while they tried to trace the order. Then was disconnected. When I called back was again placed on hold, then finally asked if I wanted to be called back. I still have not received a response.
Update: Still no return call about order. Cancelled order by e-mail. No confirmation.
Update: Order arrived on schedule. Unfortunately, because they could not give me the order status, I had cancelled order by email and placed order with other vendor. Received email reply that cancellation was not possible but that they still did not know the status of order. Meanwhile order had arrived and delivery was refused.
All of this could have been avoided with a timely status report and more reliable customer service. Nevertheless, the order did arrive, and the problem has more to do with getting their act together than integrity. Also, full credit was issued with no hassle.
Sorry we couldn't do business. If they have what you need, give them a try."

"Purchased a new P4C 2.6GHz with 800FSB. Disapperaed from website day before, but they said it was still available, and it was online, but you had to search for it. Placed order over the phone. Talked me into faster shipping (no big deal, that way I know when it will arrive anyways.) That was Friday. Over the weekend, I realized I gave them the wrong billing address (I go to school in a different city than my statements), so I emailed them the change. No problem, but no reply email. They called the billing address Monday, to notify me that the address wouldn't go though. I confirmed that they had received my email, and they were shipping/billing it to the correct email address. Phone # copied wrong. Called again in the afternoon, still hadn't gone through. I talked to the bank to make sure my address was listed right (my statements come in the mail ok??). I gave cust. service the phone number of bank cust. service, and she said she'd call back in 15min. About 30min later, I decided I'd check back with them. Yep, all went ok. Called wed, because I wanted to get a confirmation email and tracking number. "Katie" said that it would ship in the morning, and that she could email the track # then, b/c it was coming from a different warehouse. NO problem, it should arrive monday afternoon, just when my parts from newegg should get here. And the ETA wasn't until 5/16 (one week from order date). Wednesday morning, about 11am, checked...no email. Check after work at 9pm...no email. Sent email, now just waiting for reply. Hopefully it was sent today. Will add more when I find out by calling tomorrow..."
"DO NOT order from these guys at all.
I placed an order sunday night (so it can be completed and shipped out monday morning) but instead get an email monday morning saying they have to ship the iWill DP533 motherboard from the iWill warehouse in California and so I will have to pay tax now. This was not too bad since the total cost is about the same as at newegg.com (where I ordered my 2.4Ghz xeons). So I let them charge me $35 in tax so I can get my motherboard faster.
But Tuesday when I call them, they still have not shipped anything, and was authorizing my credit card still... and they did not contact me for the info they were missing, I had to contact them to find out that they needed extra info. So I think that now the credit card authorization is alright, I can get my motherboard....
But Wednesday I get a call asking for more credit card information (they said the card did go through when they tested it for the original order, without the new tax for in-california shipment) so I was suprised to say the least that they were STILL processing my credit card on Wednesday. I asked them when ARE YOU shipping it? And they said today so I did not cancel the order. That night I call them and someone told me that the product has shipped... but the next day....
Today, Thursday, I call them and they claim the product still has not shipped. They are so lazy or something, had all the information since Wednesday, just decided not to do anything.
Since I did not get the email I requested with a tracking number (they did tell me they were shipping today) I am sure they are STILL processing. LAZY.
So to recap... ordered a $460 motherboard (for something that costly by itself you would expect better processing), they tell you afterwards that it is not in stock and they ship iWill stuff from the iWill warehouse, charge me tax (which is not what I planned on, but faster shipment I thought so I did not mind too much), take way too long to ship (not yet I assume, so might take them a week), they never contact you telling the status of the order, cannot carry through on their word and ship it when they say they will, and the whole website order status is too primative that it is useless... Mine has said CC authorization since monday, and I am sure they have finished that.
NEVER order from these guys, unless you want products late and lots of trouble.

Wonder why they even have some BBB reliabity program seal on their parent company's site, Thortek... so we can click it and easily complain about their horrible service? Worst I've ever had, and I have ordered from many many places online too, so I should know.
Update: Friday 3:30pm their time and my order is still not shipped!! They said it will ship since Wednesday!! They practice very bad business ethics so that you will not cancel your order and so they can make more money. I really should cancel my order and order from newegg or mwave since those I get the product two or three days after I fill out the order form, and not two or three weeks."
"Despite the the other ratings, I had an acceptable experience with this company. Ordered a FIC AU11 motherboard which was shipped out promptly. Did not receive any confirmation emails and was told their "mail was down" but did receive tracking number over the phone and order status was available on their website. At first I thought it was a mistake on my behalf, but their online order status page did infact say that the order was shipped to my shipping address. "Over the weekend, I ordered a CD-RW and floppy drive from this company. Upon checking my account on their website, I see that my order was placed on backorder. I called them on Tuesday to cancel the order. I was told that the CD-RW was expected in that day, so I agreed not to cancel. The item Was received into the warehouse; my order was shipped that same day, and I received my order the next day. I ordered both items with the silver bezel, and they look very nice. I paid a bit more for them, but I figure I'm paying for the extra work to paint the bezels. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely order from them again. The only criticism I have would be that the webpage could show if items are not in stock; however, they have a toll free phone number, so that's not really a problem."
