"I placed an order for a high end motherboard with ewiz. My order was processed and shipped fast. Placed on a Monday and received on Friday using UPS ground. Unfortunately Ewiz overlooked adding any kind of protection "popcorn,airbags" to the shipment and the motherboard was destroyed in shipment.
I Called Ewiz, spoke with Kellen and informed her of the damage to the motherboard due to improper packaging. I asked for a refund because I did not want to take the chance that another mobo would be shipped in the same manner.
That evening I receive a call from UPS stating that they were sorry for the damage to the motherboard and would be out to pick it up on a damage call tag.
I called Ewiz the next business day and asked them why ups would be picking up the motherboard on a damage call tag. When they were the ones who improperly shipped the motherboard. (Ewiz was trying to pawn the damage off on UPS when they were clearly at fault for not packaging the motherboard properly.) I was not given an answer from Ewiz as to why they were doing this.
I had to call Ewiz several times to get my refund status. Never was I contaced by Ewiz to notify me of the status. I was finally refunded after I had waited past the entire 10 business day period and called. It took almost an entire month for the refund.
Needless to say I am completely unsatisfied with my Ewiz shopping experience."

"I Placed a order for a external HDD enclosure on 7 April. Enclosure arrived DOA.
I called ZZF and told them that the enclosure was DOA. Their response was "sorry" that I would have to pay for return shipping for an RMA and a 15% restocking fee if I wanted my money back.

I was contacted on 15 April from ZZF after they read about my issue here on Reseller Ratings. They will be sending me another enclosure free of charge."
"Placed an order for a 2407FPW over the phone. Right from the start I knew I had made a mistake. Monitor arrived and had banding issues, horrible color reproduction and input lag.
Called Dell to attempt a return. Was put on hold for hours on end and disconnected more times than I can recall. After 8 days I finally was lucky enough to get an english speaking rep and process my return.
I will NEVER do business with Dell again. Dont care if they send me a 100% off coupon....never again."
"Purchased a 2GB set of PC4000 off their website on Saturday morning. I used FedEx 2 day air.I Never recieved a tracking number and decided to call when the package never showed up on Wednesday. Was told by their customer service rep. that somehow they had not shiped out and it was an oversight on their part. CR told me they would ship it out overnight and they did. The package arrived the next day. I have been a loyal Mushkin customer for years and was slightly dissapointed in their "oversight". I do give them credit for sending out the package overnight as soon as they realized what had happened.
As far as the Memory goes, its advertised to run PC4000 or DDR250 @ 3-4-3-8 timings and it does. BUT it will not oc beyond 260 @ 3-4-4-8 or run 3-3-3-8 @ 250."

"I e-mailed customer support and within 30 minutes I had a reply from a guy named John (on a Sunday afternoon no less)! He answerd all my questions, we even carried on an e-mail conversation untill early that night!!!
I placed my order late Sunday night and by Monday morning it was shipped!!!!!!
They may not carry as many products as some of those other larger online retailers. BUT their prices are extremely low!
I will definately be doing business with them in the future."

"I purchased a Viewsonic 19" monitor from BB. I Took it back the same day, it did not work! Refund was not a hassle.
While I was in the store I saw a salesman giving his pitch to some guy about how great a generic 15" LCD was (when I knew it is a low end LCD). I wanted to tell him but figured it was not my place to do so.

"I Purchased a NEC 19" monitor and Logitech MX duo from them. Prices are a little high but I am willing to pay extra to have a local seller (for monitors).
1st viewsonic monitor I bought from them was defective, so I recieved a credit (without any hassle) and upgraded to the NEC.
