"I loved the product and price BUT when an error was made in shipping they would not exchange the items. I am sure I ordered the correct item, but when I went to use the second box it was NOT the same item. They told me "Unfortunately, we still would not be able to do any exchanges or refund on the order. We would have to of been notified of the issue within the allowed time frame of 25 days." As we all know sometimes you order and then use later ... these items are not open and just need to be exchanged. I will look for another website for future orders."
