"The order process went very well, we received the items quickly. One item was incorrect and not what was described on the Hardware and Tools website. The return process was easy, but when they went to credit the amount back the deducted the amount of the shipping for the whole order from the amount of the credit. Also, I had to pay for insured shipping costs back to them, even though it was their mistake. I will never order for hardwareandtools.com again EVER !!!!

Your response doesn't even make sense, the amount of the returned item was $36.09, I have no idea where you got 18.47. The website showed it as a direct replacement. You were never told what the original item we were replacing even was, no numbers were given. Also I didn't get a replacement because no replacement was offered, only a refund. There is exactly what the problem was written as instructed on the return documents. I have a copy. Thank you Mr. Hardware and Tools Rep, but check your facts before replying. "

I recently purchased 2 Bissel Turbo Sweepers from you supposedly 28801, but somehow I received a 28801-2 which is an exclusive item only sold at Lowes. I wondered why they were two different colors, but I used them & one sounded ok then started buzzing & quit working. I called & cust.serv. had me talk with the rep in charge & what a nasty person. She says I went to Lowes & if you check they will tell you I haven't purchased a thing from them. I didn't know until Bissell made me aware of this when asking me the info on the bottom of the sweeper. Neeta says well you gave her the model no., yes off my invoice that you sent. I was going to purchase a lot from you, but now never. . I couldn't get over how nasty she was, not good for business that's for sure. I would like to speak to corporate about her. "

"I needed coat hooks to replace broken ones. I needed to know the dimensions of the hooks, esp. the distance between the two screw holes. I sent an email to H&T support and within an hour I had a reply (from 'Greg?'), with the distance and a mechanical drawing of the part with exact dimensions!
