"The shipping and receipt of my purchases was very fast and of course the price was the best (otherwise I would not have ordered in the first place!) The only bump in the road was that a small wrong item was sent and even the invoice acknowledges that the correct item was ordered but the wrong item was shipped! There was really no easy way to solve this problem other than the regular return/credit function, which was just too much trouble for a couple of batteries I only ordered to put me over the top of a $50 minimum for free shipping. So I just kept them. But the baffling part is how they could just throw in the wrong item, and type it into the invoice directly below the SKU and description of the actual item that was supposed to be shipped! "
