"Thoroughly reviewed webwide materials to match 5 unbroken casters still on bed frame. Selected a model based on size, wheel size and catalogue picture. Decided to replace 2 casters on one end to alleviate any problems with minor variation in caster height. Ordered and took delivery only to find out that the manufacturer had changed the design and the height of the caster. Upon trying them under one end of the bed, the increased height of the new casters lifted the 2 original center casters off the floor. Contacted Hardware and Tools and they offered for me to return them for refund. I elected not to return them for cost of return shipping 2 small casters. "

"I had what I thought was a nice shopping experience, found some prices lower than at Amazon and bought more than I was going to to in order to get the shipping discount (purchased just over $50 of items to get this). I put in my shipping address, decided to purchase with PayPal and submit my order. However, their system automatically replaces the shipping address you intentially give them with the verified address in Paypal, so my order shipping to the wrong address. This morning I get a phone call saying that I'm going to be charged $11 extra in shipping for shipping redirection. Just wow. I also got a nasty email from the company. Consider if this really is a place you really want to shop from:

You failed to update your payPal profile.
You failed to verify the shipping address at the PayPal checkout.
You contacted UPS to give them the new shipping address.
You received your package as ordered.

If you cannot see where you should pay the $11.00 because you are at fault and we shipped as directed, then sleep well knowing we paid your shipping bill because you failed to.

If you have a field for customers to specify a shipping address, obviously that is the address to ship to. The mistake is on your company's crappy system. I never contacted UPS, the shipping redirection was automatically done on their end and I was notified via email. Don't worry though because I will sleep well knowing that I'm no longer your customer.

You shipped to PO Box 98! When it says BOX that is a private Bopx not a PO Box. Post office had been looking for the package for me over a week. The owner of PO 98 returned it to post office as it was not his! So I finally got my package.
You even sent me an email saying you had shipped tp 2050 Vacation Village DR. Box 98, then miss labeled the package
PO Box 98. You need to train your shipping people to the difference between a PO Box and a BOX( which is a private mailbox!) Date is probably wrong as it is not on the shipping email, look it up please."
