"Now theres gone 11 days and it still say pending and after atleast 6 emails to them, i got no answer i highly recommend people to stay away from these guys!

Update 22 days and still no answer or change in order!!!

"I called hardware cooling to purchase a case of fans from them. they didn't have them in stock but they told me they could ship me what they have left in inventory. Sure enough I received my order in time for my project."

"I placed an order with this business in August. They were very quick to take the money from my Visa, but I had no contact from Hardware Cooling until mid September (approx 6 weeks later).

I wrote this review and started legal action to retrieve my money and I was then contacted and my money was refunded.

Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience as Hardware Cooling did not respond to emails.

"Hardware cooling certainly have a wide range of products and their pricing is very competitive.
I did have some problems with this order, it was incorrectly shipped and they over charged me. I had a bit of a time getting a response from them (several weeks), but when i finally did get a reply they fixed things quickly and were very apologetic, refunding me straight away.
These guys have clearly had some communication issues, but here's hoping they've got them nailed now so they can work on building back up a reputation that at one point was clearly excellent!

"BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!
Unbelievably BAD experience as a whole.
Placed an order on 1/17/09 and asked for a shipping confirmation. I used PayPal through their website as payment method.
Waited until 1/20/09 and called their contact number and got a message machine. Left all my info and never got a call back, email or refund. I had to cancel the order and file a dispute through PayPal. I finally received a full refund from PayPal today, 1/31/2009.
Bad experience as we needed the parts for customers.
Terrible experience and abuse of public trust.
DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!!

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Placed an order on Black Friday '08 with these jokers. After a week, my order was still pending. Phone calls and emails just resulted in answering machines and non-responses, they are impossible to reach. Finally, after some detective work, I am able to get a different phone number for them from my bank. After giving them a call, I speak to someone who is perfectly polite, but who made nothing but empty promises to me.

I was given an apology for the delay, and a promise that my order would be to me no later than the 15th of December. Even now, 7 weeks after the order was placed, my status is still pending!

I have processed a charge back with my cc company, since I can no longer reach anyone at the company through any method of communication. To save yourself this aggrivation, I suggest you AVOID HARDWARE COOLING. Good luck!

"Order 2 sets of Logitech speaker systems. Item received was not as described on their site. Speakers was crushed in and systems did not work. Very poorly packaged. Hard Ware cooling (Tom in Cust. Service) after several emails stated that these were not the correct item and agreed to send a UPS shipping ticket for their return and that they would refund my purchase. 2 Wks. later, no UPS pickup ticket has arrived and after 5 emails to Hardware cooling, I have received no response. Beware this company because customer service is apparently near non existent and after searching for a resolution, there are several posts on the internet relating similar experiences by other buyers."

"I placed an order on 11/29 for a cooling fan and a pair of speakers for their Black Friday sale. My credit card was charged immediately upon ordering and I received an email pretty quickly saying my order was confirmed. Good right?

A month and a half later here I am, still with no shipping confirmation and no product. I've sent a total of four emails saying that if I didn't receive my product, I would take steps with my CC, the BBB, and this site...apparently that's not a big deal to HardwareCooling. I even called their store and gave my order number and the person on the phone said he would take care of it, and still I've no result.

Not only did I not receive a product after 1.5 months of waiting, but I didn't even get a refund!

"I ordered 4 pairs of speakers during the black friday sale 2008. I was really looking forward to getting these speakers.

As the Christmas season went on, I received my online orders from other merchants (amazon.com, etc.). The order went to processing on 12/5.

Since then I've emailed them four times and received no responses. Very dissatisfied with their customer service. In the meantime, I've noticed they continue to list the speakers for sale that they have yet to ship me.

"I placed an order for Logitech computer speakers on 11/28/2008. After waiting for a couple of weeks, I emailed them about my order but got no response. My credit card was charged right away, but the order shows up as "pending" on their site even after a month and eight days! I will be calling my credit card company to dispute the charges. I am very disappointed with this website and would advice everyone stay away from them."

"I placed an order on 11/29/08 for a notebook cooling pad. On 12/02/08 I received an email that my order had been updated to "processing." As of 12/14/08 I had not received a shipping notification email or the cooling pad, so I sent them an email letting them know they needed to ship out my item or I would dispute the charge with my credit card company, as they had actually charged me at the time my order was placed, NOT when my order shipped. On 12/16/08, they finally shipped it.

I will not be shopping with this company again. They took more than 2 weeks to ship my item while they had my money, and only shipped it after I threatened to get my money back. My experience is the same as the many reviews on other websites that I read about this company's shoddy business practices.

"Is IT really a company or just a fraud website.
It has been almost a month I have mailed three time, one time called and left a massege for the status of the order, but haven't even recieved any reply yet. They did debited the money from my credit card but are now not sending my order.

"Ordered a FNK360 which is a LapTop Cooling Pad with AC Adapter on 8/20/2008. I was out of town from 9/1 to 10/31. I assumed order was shipped and would be sitting home when I returned. Silly me. I called hardwarecooling.com and no one answered. I sent 3 E-Mails with no reply. I FAXED them the E-Mail Order and an inquiry as to why I did not receive my order. I finally received a E-mail response from a Cuong Dinh saying he/she would look into it. One week passed and no contact. I E-Mailed him and received a reply from him and a Jessie McLauglin on 11/22 saying amy order was shipped! My order arrived BUT the AC Adapter was not included!

I sent a E-mail to the above two contacts immediately and as of 11/30, have NOT recieved any reply.

My credit card was charged the full amount already. They made sure they did that promptly!

What a terrible company.
