"At First I thought I got screwed out of forty bucks when my order said it shipped on the status but the tracking number was invalid. So I wrote a email to customer service saying wheres my order I want a refund if they ever read it. I wrote that at 10pm, 20 minutes later I get a call from them saying we're sorry but the product I ordered was out of stock for a few weeks waiting on the next shipment to come in. "I placed an order for 3 ball bearing HOC fans, but was sent the wrong item. I got much cheaper much crappier galaxy brand fans. I called 3 times at different times and no one will answer the phone. I emailed support about my problem with no response for 3 days. I suppose i'm left with the only option to do a charge back on my credit card. I'm not sure if these fans aren't made anymore or what, but the fans they send me arn't even listed on their site as avalible to buy."

Ordered 2 fans, and selected 3 day UPS shipping because the site said it would arrive in time for the holidays. It's now 1/2/08 and nothing! I've called and emailed. No responses. I just want a refund.

"I placed an order for an Evercool 3 Fan Hard Drive Cooler Sunday on August 12 2007 at about 11:30pm. Received a confirmation Monday August 13. My package came in the mail Thursday August 16. Because I'm very cheap, I chose the cheapest shipping method and was quite surprised how fast I received it. The cooler was packaged carefully in a sturdy USPS box. "
"Placed order on 8/1. Rec'd on 8/6, but two items were incorrect--wrong case fans were sent. No response to msg left on "Contact Us" page, so I called them on 8/9 and the guy said he would send the correct fans that same day. No fans rec'd as of 8/15, so I called today to check on status. The guy said he needed to check on it and would call me back in 45 min. No callback rec'd an hour later, so I called them again but got answering machine this time, so left msg. That's where I'm at as of 0930MT on 8/16. No correct fans rec'd yet and no info on their whereabouts.
Follow-up comment: Hardware Cooling never did send the correct fans like they said they would and I never rec'd any explanation why. So I sent them a final msg on 8/24 via their "Contact Us" page requesting a refund for the difference between the more expensive ball bearing fans I paid for (and never got) and the cheaper sleeve bearing fans they had sent me. It is now 10/6, and I never got any response or a refund. Take your chances..."

Not only do they provide fast shipping but they were also friendly on the phone.
