"I ordered 2 Roto Strippers @ the best price on the "Net" thru Hardware World for a total of $27.85 in the door(3 day ship UPS.)I could have saved $6.50 with 6 day ship BUT needed them quick as I'm a Painting Contractor & time is money.I checked everywhere including Amazon who wanted almost $25 bucks B4 shipping cost!!So there,,people...do the surfing 1st.Depending on what You buy from a company will greatly affect the Review Rating outcome.So don't give up on Hardware World just yet with so little reviews to their credit.They have huge online competitors to catch-up to don't forget.I feel very lucky,as in over 1000 on-line buys(around the world),I've maybe had a problem with less than 10.Choose wisely after much research & It'll get easier if You @ 1st. try to contact the company Your going to deal with.Many times from a few brief moments on the phone/thru emails/etc. You will be able to read between the lines(so to speak)on the character of the person from the TONE of their voice & feel if it's right or not.And too believe that they stole a buyer's $350.00 is ridiculous to even say.Especially thru a credit card in the USA today.People like that don't belong writing reviews so stupid.If a company commits fraud(steals your money) they would be arrested & charged.Do NOT believe ALL the reviews You read in the Internet World.

7/2009 UPDATE:

Hardware World did an outstanding job going out of their way to see that I was well taken care of with my transaction. We had a small hiccup, pump had a factory defect- (No fault of HW World) and was working under a very tight timeline to get resolve. I had the pleasure of working with a very talented young lady by the name of Sandra, who was instrumental in making sure everything fell into place for me. I've dealt with lots of folks over the years- she really made all the difference in the world and is a huge asset to Hardware World.

My experience with Hardware World was VERY POSITIVE, and I recommend using them if your looking for good selection, low prices and most of all- the peace of mind of knowing that they have a 5 STAR Customer Service Dept that you can count on to go the extra mile for you- in case you need it. I will certainly buy from Hardware World again in the future.
