Original post: Purchased 2 Adirondack chairs and 2 benches. Chairs were not sanded very well and are already losing coat. Only 1 bench showed up with mottled finish. 1 bench was so broken that Fedex shipped it back before I even got it. All boxes showed up with holes in them. Hayneedle refunded me for the broken bench but would not reorder a new one for me at the same price, so I had to do a second transaction for a new bench. It showed up with obvious signs of wear. To me it would appear most of their furniture is B stock or at least lacks good qc. I don't think I would purchase from them again in the future, though YMMV. I don't usually write reviews but my inbox was hit up for a request for review so here you go!"

Hayneedle sent me a replacement but that was broken as well. Third time was a charm as the Hayneedle rep requested extra care from Fedex. It was frustrating experience but the customer rep came through and I received a non broken fountain in time for my party."
