"I ordered two items from Headcovers for my sister who has undergone two chemo sessions. She called me and linked our other sister to thank us. Unknowingly to us we had both selected Headcovers to buy our sister two items each. She received them the very same day. Nice surprise and she was happy with everything. I'd say we have the same taste and your selection is great. Still can't believe the coincidence! "

"To be brief here are pros and cons for my recent order.
Pros:
-super helpful staff, treat you so well, go back to the store to see what matches with what, accommodated an order change for an order which was getting ready for shipping
-the 2-day shipping was indeed two days
-great product selection, cut, and fit, all cotton and bamboo hats fit nicely.
-real human hair is dye-able, dryable, washable and style-able
-turbans are soft, fit well and look good
-band and bangs look fantastic
Cons:
-some hats are snug, surprisingly the fall/winter micro fleece- but I was able to stretch it out to fit comfortably
-the bangs came and they were really blond for the butterscotch color, and strawberry blond for the medium blonde color, so.. I dyed them on some foil with the dye I used to use for my hair and it worked like a charm!
-I am surprised that they do not have any kind of deals, like if you go over a certain amount you get percentage off, prices are low enough that it is no big deal, but it could be nice to reward large orders with some sort of a deal.
-some photos are spot on shade wise, some are a bit off, wish they had more of a true look to them, dark denim looked dark in the photo and turned out more like a medium denim, some other colors were off, but the staff always tell what is darker or lighter.

Overall, I am happy with my things, even though I had to fix the bangs color, hence the four stars. But I am surprised that I could actually style the bangs with a round brush like I would my own hair and it worked like a charm. "

"Online shopping should be convenient and stress-free for anyone who hopes to save time and energy. Especially cancer patients and their caregivers. The hat I received wasn't even as advertised on the Headcovers Unlimited website. It was also poorly constructed with coarse, cheap cloth that had an odd unpleasant odor. Maybe it had soaked up the stink from the piece of cardboard in the envelope that smelled like...well, dirty wet dog. Not only was the hat scratchy and uncomfortable, it didn't look brand new. The hat was made in China. It's way overpriced for what you get. Customer service and the small company's president tried various excuses to stall the refund process, then actually admitted the hat I got wasn't as advertised...and later tried to dodge issuing a refund though I promptly mailed the hat back to them as they had requested. Weeks later, after playing email tag, I was able to get only a partial refund. I didn't want to continue getting the runaround to get the rest of the money, so my credit card company had to get involved. It's the only time I've had to do this for a refund, which the credit card company handled quickly and efficiently. Yeah, Headaches Unlimited was the most terrible shopping experience. Ever."

"These swimming caps are functional and beautiful. Absolutely satisfied. The cotton knit head wrap is great for sleeping and very comfortable.

The tote bag set was not as vibrant as I thought. the fabric looked a little muted. The description was Totally paisley - Black brights. I ordered five items and was very satisfied otherwise"

"Quality of products are sub par. I bought a wig and a head cover for my sick mother. I ended up buying her a mesh wig from a commercial online retailer. The wig was of superior quality both in wear, ventilation and look and it was priced better than the ones headcovers.com has. Customer support and shipping has much to be improved upon also. Stay away, cancer is bad enough and their products are an added wound! "
