"I had an issue with the customer service. I made a mistake in typing my home address, but noticed it soon after I ordered. So I sent an email to the company to let them know my correct address. However, they ignored my email and shipped the product within a half day. When customer service replied, he said that I would have to cover the extra shipping charge if the product will be sent back to them. He also said they would reply to all emails in 24 hours. Since he did reply in 24 hours, he never admit that it's their fault to ship the product right away. It seems to me that their ordering, shipping, and the customer service are NOT all together so they cannot be flexble when there's some mistake in the order. I am satisfied with the product itself, but I will choose to buy it from different company next time. "
