"The prices are great. I've ordered twice because of that but both times I have had a little trouble receiving my order. The first time, one item just didn't come. When I inquired as to why, I was told it was out of stock. I had them refund that item because they didn't know when they could fulfill my order. They did that promptly without any hesitation, which I appreciated. It would have been nice if they would have let me know it was out of stock. Right now, I'm actually waiting on part of my second order. I received one item 10 days ago and have yet to receive the rest of order."

"Hi! I was really excited to find a good deal with your website. I order Glenny's Soy Crisps quite often, and ordered 3 boxes. You sent me my UPS tracking number, which stated that my order would arrive by last Friday. I know you guarantee orders within 10 business days, but once I got the tracking number, I was counting on it being at my house by Friday. It arrived, but the delivery man wanted $60. He said it was COD, even though my credit card was already charged $80. We refused payment and I called you right away. The lady was to look into it and call me back right away, but didn't.
