"This was my first purchase from Health Superstore.com. My overall experience was good. The ordering website was easy to use, and it gave good product information. I received my order promptly--quicker than I expected, and in good condition. I did think the order was over-packaged, however, and would have preferred the 2 plastic bottles of capsules had been in a padded envelope instead of a box with filler paper. Though, now that I think about it, perhaps the cardboard & paper is ultimately more enviro-friendly (I'm not sure)?"

The order of 5 items (3 woman health pack + 2 bottle of vitamine D) was delivered at once on August 22nd (3 weeks after the order was placed). That being said the communication from C/R was done approprietly. I wish that they would have shipped the items that were avalaible right away. And that for the back-ordered items they would be labelled BACK-ORDER during the order process not after. When paying thru paypal the order is charged in full regardless of the delivery. Any delays generate a major inconvienniance.
That being said the order came as descripbed and approprietly package. I would have being 100% satistified if delivered in a timely manner."
