"I wish I could give a positive review. But unfortunately it has been a week and a half and usps is still showing no record of the item ever being sent. I called a few days ago to see what the problem was, the woman I talked to said that they would contact usps and see what the hold up was and then contact me about it. I have yet to hear anything in return and usps still says there is no record of the order. I feel very neglected and feel like this is very poor service. I don't plan to order anything through HealthSuperstore.com again."

"Very dissatisfied. One of my items were out of stock, which is understandable, but they held back several of my items that WERE in stock just so they could ship them all at the same time.

And they charged me for everything, including what was out of stock.

When I emailed them, initially they could barely speak english, and kept getting confused on what they did or did not have in stock. I even had to correct them on that a few times.

"I got what I ordered very quickly. Beware of the buy one more for half price offer while ordering. The product I was offered at half price had a very similar name and photo to the product I ordered, so I clicked it without realizing that it was not the same product. Then I was not able to remove it from my order, no matter what I tried. A sneaky marketing ploy and now I'm stuck with a product, and I don't even know what it is for!"

"Wide variety of goods at moderate prices compared to competing online retailers. Unfortunately the shipping costs negates most of the cost savings. Large boxes are used to ship the smallest of items. The extra size and weight of the packaging contributes to the higher shipping cost."
