"I didn't realize that shipping would be free for my order until I entered the quantity that I wanted. The whole transaction was fast, easy, and free shipping to boot. Great price, too.

The only improvement I could suggest would be to make the free shipping (when meeting requirements) more obvious. On the other hand, maybe it was there and I just didn't notice it. Either way, I'm a happy camper.

According to the tracking information, the package was delivered to my office, but no one at the office knew of any packages for me. It was nowhere to be found!

I wrote to HS.com for assistance and they said once the package shows up on their end as "delivered" there is nothing they can do to help! (They CAN help actually, but just DON'T). So I went on a wild goose chase!

Well, guess what happened? HS.com did not put my name on the package, only the c/o of my office (I ENTERED my name and wrote the shipping information exactly correctly, but HS.com omitted the line with my name!)... so my boss thought it was a suspicious package and threw it out.

I have written to the unhelpful representative about this matter and have received zero response!

WHENEVER YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, IT TAKES A LONG TIME TO GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE VERY RUDE! ONE LADY EVEN HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME!!!

SOME OF THE ITEMS I ORDERED WEREN'T IN STOCK AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN LET ME KNOW! I HAD TO FIND OUT WHEN I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE AND ALL OF THE ITEMS WEREN'T THERE!!

THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE SEVERAL WEEKS OR MORE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS THAT WERE ON BACK ORDER.

THERE ARE SO MANY MORE COMPLAINTS THAT I HAVE BUT I DON'T WANT THIS REVIEW TO GO ON TOO LONG.
