Store should have checked stock before selling items. Communication with me, the customer, was poor.

"FANTASTIC!!!!!. Best customer service I have seen in DECADES and ever on a compter type transaction. I am older & this new computer technology can be daunting. Nowadays you hear about & get approached by so many scams re these computer beasts. I placed my order & paid for it via paypal - 1st for me. Then I was informed that it was on back order & the payment had been processed. I went to the website & figured out that they still had the products being listed for sale and since this concerned me.(the pricing was giving me the thoughts this is "Too Good to be True" HOWEVER it was true - YAY). I called the toll free # and KUDOS - I IMMEDIATELY was able to chat with a live operator - - who told me that the product was scheduled to ship in two weeks so they hadn't placed it in back order status on the web. She assured me that I could cancel and get my money back & PayPal notice verified that I had 45 days to reverse the transaction if I needed to so I waited. I began to worry when I didn't hear from them so I called and the pleasant operator told me that it was being shipped that day & that this update had just posted while I was on the phone with her. (Wed 5/4) It had not arrived by Monday and I really needed the product and all the web site said when I went to the order tracking information area was that the order had been processed so I was getting concerned again. I sent an email to them (1am & wasn't going to call at that hour). The next day I was able to see the tracking info and I also got an email providing me with this information. The package arrived on Tues 5/10 and I was impressed with how nicely it was packed. Glass bottles and liquid items can be challenging and they did a super job. I realized I was being overly concerned and that they probably were behind due to Mother's Day weekend and the products being back ordered to them. Everything was handled very well and I would not ever hesitate to order from them again and have & will continue to tell all of my friends about this wonderful company. In today's world to have a company that is good at computer updates AND also be able to be available to have people to people interaction when needed is just tremendously delightful, AND in addition to that they have terrific pricing for quality products. 10 stars plus for them."

"I received an order confirmation email immediately after placing my order on 4/28 and it was delivered on 4/30. The shipment confirmation email was not sent until 5/2, but considering I received my order within 2 days, I am certainly not complaining.
