They responded immediately saying they will look it up and let me know. They sent me a follow up email in one hour with the order number and tracking number. Very professional and courteous service.

I would stay away from this company. I ordered my product from their website on Dec. 17th 2010. One week went by and I did not receive a tracking number so I contacted support over phone and left a message. I did not get a response so I emailed their support and got a email back 4 days later saying they would look into it and get back to me. 3 more days went by so I emailed support to remind them and they said it was on BACK ORDER! Even though their site said it was in stock.
Well I finally got my order on January 6th 2011. It only took a month to get my order. My advice, Stay away from this company."
"This store is HORRIBLE!! I placed an online order on Sunday Dec.12. Their website state that orders will ship within 2 business days and I would get notification- I never did! Being that this is for a Christmas gift for a party on Dec.18, I was anxious for information so I emailed them. THe did not respond until another full business day later and lied with a tracking number that wasn't even SHIPPED YET!! They said it shipped when it hadn't even been taking to the post office yet!!!!!! See below for proof. SO they took DOUBLE the time to ship my very SMALL, EASY order (FOUR business days, FIVE total) I will NOT be getting my order in time for my Xmas party when I should have!! HORRIBLE LIARS!!!!
