"I have had 2 good experiences and now one awful experience. This order was put 'on-hold' as a 'high-risk order' which delayed the shipping of the products, despite the fact that I was a returing customer. The order was not correct, I have tried to reach customer service for 2 days and have only been able to leave voice messages, never able to speak to a person, and I have sent 2 emails that have yet to be returned. The order was for prenatal vitamins that my wife is currently out of, so we are not only going to have to wait for this to be corrected, but after waiting for the incorrect order to arrive, we are now going to have to purchase more at another retailer as a stop-gap to receiving the correct order, whenever that occurs...
And they have done nothing but 'drag their feet' to get the order shipped correctly. Yet another day has passed and the order has still not shipped. Plenty of other online stores have the pricing that is equal Health Superstore, I would suggest trying one of them first.

Since you took the time to incorrectly respond to my negative review, why don't you respond to the fact that your replacement order, that was to correct your incorrect initial order, was still INCORRECT. You have still, 1 month after my order, yet to take the time to get my order correct. I have paid you for a product, that you have only deliverd 50% of. The BBB, your local Attorney General, and my bank (to dispute your inept or unethical business practices) will be contacted very soon.
As a WARNING, maybe they can handle single item orders, but do not complicate things by asking for more than 1 item at a time. It might confuse them..."
