wrong dose

"Our renewal was somehow changed to 4 mg when it used to be 20. Not sure what happened, but now we're stuck with a bill for $72 for pills we can't return and prefer not to use."

"The HealthWarehouse customer service staff was very helpful. My d I cphysician's office had told me they had last sent multiple renewals and the website showed only expired perscriptions. I called customer service and they found active perscriptions from my phsycian and promptly placed my order for me.

All quickly done.
You might have an issue with your website that it didn't show good perscriptions???

Sent a prescription I had transferred elsewhere

"HealthWarehouse "switched to a new system" (their words) and lost track of multiple prescriptions. I'm a kidney transplant recipient, so this is a big deal. I was able to make emergency provisions and get them filled locally, and even cheaper, so I had not planned on using HealthWarehouse again. Then this prescription shows up, and they ask for my feedback. Well, here it is!"

Waiting in Wyoming

"I called in my order for 2 drugs on September 18th. On September 27th, I had still not heard if they were processed, so I called customer service, who were great to work with! One of the drugs was low on stock and wouldn't be available until September 30th. I needed the other drug, as I would be out by October 3rd. After talking with customer service they rushed the order that I would be out of and I received it on October 2nd. The other drug I received on October 4th. I've been using HealthWarehouse for several years. Because Wyoming will be losing there USPS processing plant in Casper in January, I'm now very concerned about receiving my drugs on time. "
