"I submitted my order on my online account and also verified that my doctor had sent in my prescription renewal; however, I had not received any email from HealthWarehouse confirming anything about my order so I called them regarding status of my medication out of concern of my daily dose that is vital for me for my chronic pain.
When I called the rep confirmed receiving the renewal from my doctor, but was told that I had to make this confirmation to move my prescription forward. WHAT??? I've never been told this!! I asked her if submitting my order online in my account was worth my time at all if ultimately I had to CALL IN to make my order move ahead. She explained that the website was being updated. I told her that this very same excuse was given to me a year ago on other issues . . . this is ridiculous!!!
As a result of all of this I will be receiving my prescription 4-5 days after I run out, even after dividing what I have left in half, all because of having to call in to initiate getting my order sent which I have never had to do, and apparently, if I had not called in, my online order would have not ever been processed (until my call)!
There is something wrong here and I don't necessarily blame the rep I spoke with, but I do blame the overall process which I am extremely disappointed with, especially this next 4-5 days while waiting for my prescription to come in where I will be in great pain until I receive my order.
I am seriously considering not utilizing HealthWarehouse services in the future.

The communications between my physician's office for reautherization for my prescriptions and Healthwarehouse need improvement. In the past, my one one phone call to HW was sufficient to fill my prescriptions. Recently, I need to call them back to see why my prescriptions have been delayed. Accordingly my doctor's office tell me they have not received a fax from HW for reauthorization of my meds. Has HW been sold to a different owner? If these delays become a norm, I will search for a different pharmacy. I am accustomed to priority service and timely shipping. Thank you for this opportunity."

"When I first called, it was soon determined that I needed information I needed to get from another source. They gave me the phone number and what to ask for. After I got the information, I called back and everything went very smoothly until the end. They said it could take 1-5 business days to process the order prior to shipping. It took 1 day and I received it 2 days later."
