So I had to call- and wait- and when I spoke with someone- they mentioned that they were having trouble with their internet system communicating the refills. So an online pharmacy- can’t take online orders.

"After being a customer for more than several years, I'm disappointed that my doctor is now suggesting I go elsewhere. My doctor prescribes Sildenafil. He prescribes a certain amount because it's what I need in order to function properly. In the past year, the pharmacy has gotten the number of pills wrong, or the number of pills to take per day wrong, or the amount of pills prescribed over a certain period of time. When I call, the representatives blame my doctor for writing it wrong. When I call my doctor, who is extremely professional and prompt, he says the pharmacy is wrong. The solution, of course, is for the pharmacy to call my doctor instead of making me the "middle man" and simply telling me it's wrong. My doctor has now suggested I go to CVS or Walmart or some other pharmacy to use a coupon instead of going through Health Warehouse. What a disappointment. I've always enjoyed talking to someone at Health Warehouse because they've picked up the phone and talked with me. What a shocker that things have changed. "
